**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Wildlife Removal & Exclusion**:

- Perform humane trapping and removal of wildlife, including raccoons, squirrels, skunks, and birds.
- Implement effective exclusion techniques to prevent future wildlife intrusions.
- Repair and seal entry points to ensure long-term prevention.
- **Pigeon Control**:

- Conduct pigeon trapping and removal services as needed.
- Install deterrents such as netting, spikes, or other humane exclusion methods.
- Develop and execute long-term pigeon control plans for clients.
- **Inspection & Assessment**:

- Conduct thorough property inspections to identify wildlife activity, entry points, and damages.
- Assess potential risks and recommend solutions tailored to each property.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to explain wildlife issues and present solutions.
- Provide detailed service reports and educate clients on prevention strategies.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Maintain trapping and exclusion tools in excellent working condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during all procedures.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Keep accurate records of services performed, materials used, and results achieved.
- Adhere to all local, provincial, and federal wildlife regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in wildlife removal, exclusion, and prevention.
- Knowledge of humane trapping techniques and wildlife behavior.
- Familiarity with pigeon control strategies and exclusion tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to climb ladders, work on roofs, and lift equipment as required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
