As part of a global organization, with offices in more than 130 countries and across Canada, you’ll have opportunities to connect and learn globally. **As a Co-op, Administrative Assistant [Winter 2026] some of your responsibilities will include**: - Work directly with our stakeholders and their clients to help manage their dynamic growing practices - Schedule, liaise and communicate with others, including clients, to proactively prepare information in advance of meetings - Prepare, draft, edit and format letters, reports, presentations, spreadsheets and other client correspondence using Microsoft Suite - Oversee the client relationship management software for the group, including entry of opportunities, managing the progress and finalization, and client and job creation in the billing system - Drafting and sending invoices to clients - Prepare and track expense claim submissions - Support the team in the delivery of exceptional client service - Occasional reception coverage may be required - Partake in projects with others within the Business Unit - Coordinate internal/external meetings, room bookings, video conferences and in-office events **Think you’ve got what it takes to be a Co-op, Administrative Assistant [Winter 2026]?
