**As a Pickleball Facilitator a typical day might include the following**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure a safe and enjoyable playing environment by monitoring games and enforcing court rules.
- Set up and take down equipment before and after each session.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the pickleball courts and equipment.
- Assist and encourage members to use the pickleball space as intended and support any customer service requests and inquiries
- Promote upcoming events and maintain positive relationships with participants to encourage community engagement.
- Collaborate with other staff to coordinate schedules and manage facility use.
- Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during play in a professional manner.
- Connect with parents or players to discuss progress or address any questions.

**To land this role you need to have;**
- Prior experience playing or coaching pickleball (or comparable racquet sports) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the rules, scoring, and etiquette of pickleball.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) is a plus.
- A recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work.
