As a Conversion Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing website data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to improve website conversion rates. You will work closely with our Development, Design, and Marketing teams to develop and implement CRO, and other optimization strategies that align with our business goals and user needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of website and campaign data using tools such as Matomo, Google Analytics, VWO, Fullstory, and Hotjar to identify key performance indicators, user behavior patterns, and pain points in the conversion funnel.
- Develop hypotheses for improving website and campaign performance based on user data, industry best practices, and customer feedback.
- Create and execute A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improving website content, messaging, and product offerings to better align with user needs and drive conversion.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer surveys to identify user needs, preferences, and pain points (in collaboration with other teams).
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure that optimization strategies align with our business goals and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with Business Intelligence teams to understand and prioritize data and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Product Design, UX Research and Development teams to implement changes that improve user experience and drive conversion.
- Develop and maintain an optimization roadmap to continuously improve website and campaign performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track website performance and the impact of optimization strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry/competitive trends and best practices in conversion optimization and share knowledge with the team.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of website and campaign performance to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in (CRO) conversion rate optimization and analytics
- Advanced understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Fullstory and Hotjar (Matomo is a significant plus)
- Significant experience with A/B and multivariate testing and conversion rate optimization (and tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Deep understanding of conversion best practices
- Good understanding of user experience design principles, usability testing, and customer journey mapping
- Experience with web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with user research is a plus

- Experience with e-commerce platforms and knowledge of best practices for optimizing online shopping experiences is a plus.
