At this level, incumbents manage smaller projects and/or manage elements and functions within larger projects under the direct supervision of higher level, project manager. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling and control of project activities to achieve project objective. **Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to**: - Provides project leadership on smaller projects and/or manage elements and functions within larger projects under the direct supervision of higher level, project manager - Prepares project plans/schedules/materials to achieve project quality, reliability, cost and timing objectives. - Utilizes approved project management methods and processes to execute low risk projects of existing technology and methods to meet client needs and expectations. - Provides primary interface between project team, management and client. - Develops assignments, timetables and responsibilities for team members for the duration of the project. - Coordinates multiple project activities including organizing and directing personnel, materials and equipment; utilizes team building skills to ensure satisfactory project performance. - Defines and forecasts needed skills to meet project objectives. - Manages the timely issuance and payment of customer invoices. - Utilizes existing and/or acquired technical expertise to find improved technical solutions to support the product life cycle/replacement of current Framatome technologies. - Actively participates in solving technical issues identified by project management, business line management or by customer request with the objective to increase business opportunities for Framatome Canada Ltd. **Travel**:Occasional/sporadic **Required Skills**: Required Experience - BS in Engineering, Science, or Business or comparable experience in lieu of degree, plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience - Project Management Certification - Must obtain Framatome specific Project Management Certification upon hire - Demonstrated knowledge of project management plan development, implementation and administration - Strong business and/or technical expertise in a related technical or professional capacity - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem identification and resolution skills with emphasis on "root cause" analysis - Excellent report development and presentation skills. - Bruce Power security clearance Framatome is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
