As a Merchandiser, you are the face of our brand in grocery stores, ensuring ITN Food Corp products are well-stocked, attractively displayed, and always accessible to consumers. You’ll help maintain product freshness and visibility on shelves, racks, and displays, playing a key role in the success of our multicultural food portfolio.

**Responsibilities**
- Replenish and merchandise products in store displays, coolers, and shelves by transporting stock from storage areas to the sales floor using manual equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand-truck).
- Set up, maintain, or remove product displays following company guidelines; update signage, clean product areas, and remove damaged or expired items.
- Adhere to ITN Food Corp and store policies related to backroom handling, display standards, replenishment, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Organize the store’s backroom by sorting inventory, identifying stock levels, processing damaged goods, repacking items, and managing pallets and packaging materials.
- Keep the work area clean and orderly in accordance with company health and safety standards.
- Build and maintain professional working relationships with store staff and team members.

**Physical Requirements**
- Repeatedly lift, carry, and position up to 50 lbs (22 kg) above shoulder height without assistance.
- Regularly kneel, squat, and reach above the head.
- Push and pull manual/powered equipment with product loads over at least 100 yards.
- Grasp and manipulate items of various sizes and weights requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time.

**Qualifications**
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid G/G2 driver’s license.
- Access to a personal vehicle during work hours.
- Proof of valid vehicle insurance.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past three (3) years.
- At least one (1) year of experience in grocery, retail, warehousing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working independently with mínimal supervision preferred.
- Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
