- Assist with training and performance management of the housekeeping department

- Perform quality assurance requirements for the Housekeeping Department
- Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible while achieving team and Brand goals
- Thoroughly understand and implement Brand service culture
- Perform all shift checklist responsibilities
- Perform other duties as required**Qualifications and Attributes**- Leadership experiences an asset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Results oriented with the ability to adapt to the challenges of a continually evolving workforce-
- Experience in cleaning hotel guest rooms
