**Operations Generalist - Antec Controls**

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual to join our team as an Operations Generalist. This role will be responsible for configuring incoming orders, updating digital BOMs and databases, and supporting other team members within our fast-paced Operations department. As an Operations Generalist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customer orders are processed correctly and efficiently, while helping day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Configuring customer orders to flow through ordering software and production floor.
- Updating digital BOMs and databases based on engineering drawings.
- Configuring electronic controllers with order-specific data.
- Maintaining work instructions and documentation.
- Support entering purchase orders and customer orders into ERP software.
- Supporting team members within Operations team as needed.
- Diploma in Engineering Technology or equivalent would be an asset.
- Previous office experience.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others.
