**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking for a Process Technician, reporting to the Technical Group Leader.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

To monitor all upstream production equipment. To ensure that quality parts are produced efficiently and safely by the accurate installation and maintenance of various equipment.
- trouble shoot on the blow molding and injection moulding machines
- Ensure all process equipment functions safely and accurately meet cycle times and quality standards by:
(1) Continually monitor all vital systems involved in the production process and adjust to meet quality and production standards.

(2) Assisting Resin material handlers in the performance of their duties.

(3) Making corrections where necessary and possible; report and document corrections and advise the Technical Group Leader.

(4) Assist production by relieving Machine Operators when required.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
Education: Technical certificate or 2+ year experience in blow moulding or injection moulding

Skills: Knowledge of Blow Moulding Machines/Equipment.

Mathematical aptitude.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Mechanical aptitude.

Decision Making Skills

Ability to work independently.

Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act.


Proactive in making recommendations for improvement to the process and procedures

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
