**About the role**:
The WW Distribution Operations department includes several teams that control and support all operational aspects of the distribution process, from Distribution Centers to Transportation, Trade Compliance, Customer Support, Quality Assurance, and Value Added.

The Value Added team oversees all activities related to the pre-sale electronic components customization, outsourced to a number of partnered service providers. The team is responsible for a complete service cycle, from partner selection and setup to pricing and service negotiation, to performance and quality monitoring, to billing reconciliation.

The Business Analyst, reporting to the Value Added Manager, will be involved in all aspects of the team’s operations, both tactical and strategic, such as quoting, troubleshooting, qualification of opportunities, supplier evaluation, and relationship management, providing support to the Marketing and Sales teams in all Value Added inquiries, and others. He or she will use their excellent analytical skills in building and maintaining various departmental metrics, data mining, and analysis, and will actively participate in process improvement initiatives.

**How you will make an impact**:

- Quoting, pricing analysis, and invoice reconciliation
- Order management - scheduling, exception
- Maintain or improve current database tools
- New data mining and analysis tools
- Continuously evaluate current practices and help implement process improvements
- Manage quality procedures
- Train internal customers (sales and marketing) and promote value-added services

**We’re looking for someone with**:

- University Degree, preferably with a major in M.I.S. or Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in a business environment with exposure to Data and Business Intelligence management, business statistics, or similar role.
