With your leadership skills and mastery of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, you will ensure clear project scope, optimal planning, and rigorous deadline tracking. You will analyze business needs, prioritize the backlog, and orchestrate sprint planning. You will also play a key role in communication and project governance, ensuring follow-up with stakeholders and leading all project meetings with IT teams and business partners. **Why become a part of the Bath Fitter Team?** - Flexible schedule; - Group insurance; - Retirement plan with employer contribution; - Paid vacation, personal days, and additional holidays during the festive season; - Employee & corporate discounts; - Develop expertise in Canadian and American markets; - Hold a key position within the team; - Gym at the St-Eustache headquarters; - Bistro that will make you want to come to the office (varied, delicious meals subsidized by BathFitter); - Employee assistance program; - Social club; - Many other benefits to discover by joining Bath Fitter **What is the ideal profile for this position?** - 5 to 7 years of experience in project management, with practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. - Professional accreditation in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus. - Excellent leadership and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels, with strategic maturity to manage executive expectations. - Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, document projects effectively, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and work in a dynamic environment with rigor and organization. - Excellent communication skills, proficiency in French is an asset. **As a Project Manager, IT, what will your responsibilities be?** - Support the program manager in the ongoing adoption of the project management framework and best practices across various business sectors. - Identify and implement project management best practices within the established framework for each project. - Manage multiple projects by adapting both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to the project framework. - Develop and manage the project plan, monitoring scope, budget, and effort to ensure timely delivery and quality of deliverables. - Lead and participate in business analysis activities, including requirements gathering workshops and backlog management. - Manage the project RAID log and establish mitigation plans for identified risks. - Establish and develop excellent business relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Facilitate steering committee meetings and daily scrum ceremonies to ensure projects are on track and oversee change management activities to ensure positive user adoption.
