Project Lead, Manufacturing

[1] - Availability for occasional international travel (5-10%). **What will your responsibilities be as a Project Lead?** - Manage and prioritize customer technical requests, clarify their needs, and ensure coordination with stakeholders. - Prepare action plans and follow up on decisions, documenting and communicating key updates. - Coordinate the development, modification, and tracking of technical tools (internal and marine sector), including timelines and on-site visits. - Maintain and update technical tools and product data (catalogs, lists, specifications) while ensuring regulatory compliance. - Evaluate product performance, analyze root causes, and recommend improvements based on market studies. - Structure, lead, and deliver end-to-end projects (scope, schedule, budget), managing risks and ensuring technical feasibility. - Collaborate with suppliers and present product updates at client meetings and annual conferences. **Who are we?** For over 40 years, Bath Fitter has been perfecting its process to meet customer needs and deliver the best bathtubs to everyone.
