**Responsibilities**:
Welcome customers and accept deliveries with a friendly attitude.
Process and verify orders accurately using our internal software.
Resolve product or service issues by addressing customer complaints effectively.
Coordinate handling of challenging situations for customer satisfaction.
Communicate updates and complaints internally.
Process purchase orders and invoices using QuickBooks.
Coordinate communication between customers and vendors.
Manage transport logistics within budget.
Assist with general office administration when required.
Maintain the procedures manual for the Customer Service Department.
Professionally manage all incoming calls.
Coordinate courier shipments, including packaging and labeling.
Liaise with security & QA for the weekly visitor log.
Measure and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor and manage inventory levels.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Familiarity with basic office tools and equipment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
**Salary**: $55,000.00 per year
