**This position is Part-time with the opportunity for Full-time. Evening and weekend availability is mandatory. Benefits are paid 100% by company once minimum hours and 3 month probation are met.**

**Must have a minimum 2 years experience in a clinic setting.**

Kaizen Health Group is currently recruiting a new receptionist to join our team. This position includes answering patient calls, booking appointments, checking in/out patients, cleaning duties, direct billing insurance companies through TELUS eClaims, presenting memberships and products to patients for sale, and other duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Must be professional and mature
- High School graduate, post-secondary is an asset
- Two years’ experience as a Receptionist
- Must be friendly, outgoing, and able to deliver superior customer service
- Must comfortable with sales and be willing to follow prescribed sales protocols
- Must have a professional appearance and a friendly, customer focused attitude
- Must be able to multi-task and perform well under pressure
- Must have strong computer skills
- Must be willing to perform all duties required of the position, including cleaning
- Must be willing to work weekend shifts and nights.
- Must be able to work independently and as a team player

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
