**Rebound Health + Wellness is hiring a part-time (afternoon/evenings) member to join our reception team We need you if you are fantastic with clients, working hard to make sure every client receives the best experience every time**

Rebound Health and Wellness is an independent multidisciplinary health clinic, seeking a receptionist with previous experience in a similar role (multi-disciplinary clinic, physio/massage/chiro clinic, medical office admin). **Experience with Jane and Telus Health is fantastic but not necessary**. We do not do WSIB OHIP or MVA claims at our clinic

Our receptionist must have great customer service skills (in person and over the phone), quick problem solving abilities, and previous experience in a clinical receptionist position booking appointments and managing schedules and billing.

Our reception team works to schedule and invoice patients, and they are an integral part of our team. We will fully train you on our electronic booking/invoicing system (Jane). As you are our first point of contact for many of our clients, a great attitude and keen attention to detail is what we are looking for

**Evening availability is a must (3pm-8pm).**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
