It is with this view and vision that we are currently seeking a **Territory Sales Manager (TSM) **in the province of Quebec. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, Eastern Canada, the TSM is a seasoned sales leader who has been assigned primary responsibility for achieving the Company’s objectives within an assigned Territory. The TSM’s primary role is to manage all aspects of the company’s sales activities while being accountable for leading and maximizing the performance of the Territory to provide exceptional service at the local level.

- Proven success exceeding business objectives in accounts
- A collector of information about market trends and developments
- A coordinator of the Company’s relationships with customer
- Previous experience with PPE and knowledge about PIP’s competitors is an asset.
- Adaptability - the ability to “think on your feet.”
- Use of sound judgment and reasoning skills
- Possess a keen eye for detail.
- Self-starter - ability to operate independently.
- Ability to travel as required meeting the needs of our customers
- Strong presentation skills, ability to speak to any level of a customers’ organization.
**Specific Duties**: (These are the tasks that will be performed on regular and/or daily basis)
1. Sales and Profitability growth within Territory.
2. Expansion of products sold to Accounts in Territory.
3. Provide quotations for each Territory Account.
4. Develop strategies for price deviations and collaborate with Regional Sales Director to keep consistent with corporate program.
5. Building relationships at every level of the Territory Account.
6. Involve resources such as PIP’s Product Management, other TSM’s, Product Specialists, Marketing etc. in presentations and training sessions at the Territory Account.
7. Keep current on contacts at Territory Account - executive level, sales, product management, purchasing.
8. Communicate updated contact lists to appropriate PIP Team.
9. Train Territory Account customers personnel on our products and/or manage use of PIP resources to conduct training.
10. Collect and manage information on our field-based activities.
11. Other activities as needed.
- Live within an acceptable radius of Quebec city or surrounding (Eastern Quebec)
- Possess a proficiency in computers and the use of software programs as required.
- Be responsible for development of clear, concise communications to the Regional Sales Director using Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Teams and other Business Intelligence tools provided (PowerBI).
- Have CRM software (Tour de Force - TdF) knowledge to manage the corporate relationships.
- Have great communication skills both orally and written.
- Have interpersonal skills to develop relationships with fellow employees and customers.
- Be bilingual (French / English, spoken and written)
