We are a GMP, SQF NSF and NSF for Sport certified facility. We produce many types of dietary supplements that are sold in the USA and around the world. We maintain a Site Licence for the manufacture, packaging and labeling of natural health products (NHP) in Canada. Additionally, we produce Certified Organic, Kosher, Vegecert products and maintain a robust allergen program that allows us to manufacture products such as gluten-free, soy-free and dairy free. We have been FDA audited for Dietary Supplements.
**Job description**
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Practice Rhema Health Products Good Manufacturing Practices procedures at all times without exception
- Inspects, Journals and reports on physical condition of warehouse, racking and rolling equipment.
- Ensures that all warehouse regulatory, quality and safety requirements are met.
- Ensure that all products are properly received and inventoried.
- Maintain organization of all inventories in warehouse.
- Provide orientation and training of new or existing employees as required to ensure an effective and efficient work force
- Ensure that all the warehouse team members are operating within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job safety
- Responsible for coordinating and completion of sanitation in the warehouse, this include general warehouse cleaning, and external surface of the high speed doors
- Evaluate, recommend and implement measures agreed with the Operations Manager which result in continuous improvement in warehousing methods
- Communicate (lead by example) mission, vision and values which allow the plant to respond effectively and efficiently to changing customer needs
- Assist operations management in the administration of performance appraisal by providing input as to employee performance
- And other duties as assigned by Operations Manager and/or Director of Operations
**Qualifications**:
- Experience of about 2 to 3 years in warehousing
- Experience or capability with warehouse automation/scan guns for inventory management
- Demonstrated knowledge of the principles of task prioritization and training
- Able to read, write and comprehend English
- Able to plan and prioritize, exhibit sound and accurate judgment and make timely decisions
- Able to manage details and comprehend the full scope of the Warehouse Lead duties
- Able to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Able to work in a warehouse environment which may include noise and dust
- Able to stand for long durations and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Positive “can do” attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit that recognizes production is driven by customer needs and must be “on time and on cost”.

**Salary**: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
