Factors Group is a large manufacturing company, based in Coquitlam. With multiple sites across the Lower Mainland, we are seeking enthusiastic and passionate people to join our team in our Distribution Warehouse. Our team and high safety standards are our main priorities, and we strive to ensure all our team members feel happy, engaged and supported, whether that is through extensive training, growth opportunities or even feeling supported by the team.
You will be responsible for manually picking items, packing boxes, and ensuring efficient operations within the warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a 1 year contract.
**You have**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Flexibility to work either morning or afternoon shift hours and occasional overtime as needed.
