**Job Overview**:
Reporting to the Network Operations Centre Manager, the Network Field Services Technician is responsible ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, replacement, and design of networks and network equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on network systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine network requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to clients.
- Document network configurations and changes.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience working in network installation and maintenance
- **Education**: Associate’s degree in information technology, or a related field
- **Skills**:

- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with multitasking responsibilities
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional verbal and written communication skills

**Working Conditions**:

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a clear criminal record check
- Physically able to perform all listed job duties
