**Your Role**: As a Program Supervisor, you will provide operational leadership for our Residential Support Program. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing program operations and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Developing and implementing program goals, objectives, and strategies.
- Monitoring and adjusting program budgets and financial resources.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs and develop solutions.
- Supervising and supporting program staff, including training and performance evaluations.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date program documentation.
- Conducting regular program evaluations to assess effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Maintaining relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
- Staying informed about current trends and best practices in behavioral health.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Social Services, Community Rehabilitation, Disability Studies, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience providing residential care and support to adults with developmental disabilities.
- Minimum of two years of successful experience in program development and team leadership.
- Ability to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sectors Search.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle with liability insurance (minimum coverage of $2,000,000).
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- Practical knowledge and experience in behavior management techniques.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of the broader range of community resources available to support individuals.
