Demonstrate control in their production areas, while ensuring safe working conditions
- Ensure safe working / operating procedures are being followed
- Follow and enforce Tamsco’s company policies, GMP’s and hygienic code
- To follow and enforce Tamsco’s basic job expectations
- To lead by example
- Responsible for accurate and complete paperwork (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Ensure the efficient flow of production while following proper operating procedures
- Be aware of costs and be cost efficient
- Enforce and to be in control of start times, break times and lunch
- Ensure all tasks are completely accurately, and double check
- Ensure all set up and tear down is completed
- Inform Management / HR of an employee’s behavior if disciplinary action is needed
- Inform and take part in employee progress and reviews if required

**Salary**: From $48,000.00 per year
