The Client Service Coordinator reports to the Executive Director. This position is supporting our Silica Control Tool project.

Essential Functions:
1. Administrative and Medical Support Services

Provides medical and administrative support services. This includes but is not limited to the following activities:

- Coordination of patient services (including satellite clinic arrangements).
- File management.
- Coordination of clinic information inquiries.
- Assists or participates in other clinic activities as part of the multidisciplinary team.
- Assists with information management.
- Medical transcription.
- Monitor the Silica Control Tool inbox.

2. Technical Resources
- Assists with the organization and efficient function of the clinics.
- May within a clinic, be a computer resource person, liaison to other computer consultants and NT system manager.
- Assist with manual account creation for the Silica Control Tool.
- Assist with organizing online events and materials (Webinars, Podcasts, etc.).

3. Education Services
- Assists with preparation of educational materials and participates in educational activities as interest and ability provides.
- Preparation of information packages and educational materials required for events.
- Attend events and conferences as interests and ability provides.

4. Research

Provides administrative support and coordinate research activities.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
