My name is Brock. I am a Realtor with 10+ years' experience in the greater Hamilton area market.

I am looking to hire a reliable and versatile individual to assist with household tasks, errands, and some simple clerical items for my business. Put more generally, I need someone who can assist in handling the ever-growing to-do lists in all aspects of my work and personal life.

Your duties will generally take place at my home in Dundas. There will also be errands - usually within Hamilton - so you must own a car. Lastly, there may also be a possibility for some computer-based work to be completed remotely. Regardless of location, you can expect a respectful and professional work environment.

Typical working hours will be 9am to 1pm from Monday to Friday. There may be some occasional variation/flexibility to those hours, but generally, those will be the hours.

A typical day will begin at 9am at my home in Dundas. The first portion of the day will consist of doing dishes, tidying, and some household cleaning. Beyond that, duties will vary greatly depending on the needs of the day, and may consist of:

- General household duties such as cutting grass, shovelling snow, laundry, and cleaning as aforementioned
- Occasional, simple household maintenance such as painting the deck, etc.
- Basic food preparation such as cooking meat, boiling rice, etc.
- Clerical items such as tallying up receipts, simple real estate related tasks on the computer, calling brokerages to book appointments for me, etc.
- Errands such as setting up a real estate sign for me, picking up office supplies, groceries, etc.

**Must-Have Qualifications**:

- Must own car
- Proficiency with basic computer programs

**Bonus Qualifications**:

- Clerical experience
- Real estate industry experience
- Housekeeping experience

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
