**What you will be responsible for**:

- Responsible for managing Commercial orders/Projects for HVAC Commercial equipment from Territory Managers, and Inside Sales Reps.
- Sourcing product from factory/third party vendors, keep sales and customers updated with status of all open jobs, scheduling deliveries to meet crane appointments as per customer request.
- Making necessary changes, additions, deletions, substitutions, or cancellations to equipment orders as required, including arranging for modifications to equipment.
- First point of contact for customers orders/delivery updates.
- Invoicing and forecasting monthly sales.
- Managing extended warranty purchase/registrations.
- Responsible to manage multiple open projects at the same time.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, independent worker who can work to meet deadlines and multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Excel.
