**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work internally to create quotes for customers and ensure timely reponses to inquiries.
- Maintain high standards of customer service through effective phone etiquette and interpersonal communication.
- Ensure proactive customer communication in relation to schedules and delivery
- Monitor all ongoing projects and ensure schedules are maintained through communication with internal team.
- Ensure production management system is updated daily to ensure proper monitoring of projects.
- Meet daily with estimating and purchasing manager to ensure materials required to meet schedules are ordered.
- Update production management system based on material availability, customer timelines and internal backlogs based on meeting with owner and purchasing manager.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
