Required Job Experience
- Screen printing experience (manual or automatic)
- Ability to set up and take down multi-colour screen printing jobs on the press
- Ability to load and unload automatic machines efficiently
- Knowledge of ink mixing and colour matching
- Previous experience working on M&R automatic equipment is an asset
- Knowledge of cleaning, coating or burning screens would be an asset
Required Competencies
- Conscientious worker who ensures Cotton Candy is providing the highest quality of work
- High attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Able to work independently and as part of a team when required
- Positive attitude, team player
- Punctual, reliable
- Able to be on your feet for a 8 hour shift
