We are looking for a person to fill management positions (manager, assistant manager, 3rd key) in our Upper Canada Mall store. **BENEFITS**: - Competitive Salary (Base salary + commissions and bonuses) - Group Insurance - Generous discount **JOB DESCRIPTION**: - Oversee daily store operations. - Manage store staff, including hiring, firing, performance appraisal, scheduling, and assigning tasks and responsibilities. - Responsible for maintaining the overall store culture and ensuring staff represent and embrace store culture and goals. - Oversee the operational and organizational standards of the store and implement the marketing, advertising and financial strategy dictated by senior management. - Regularly review daily, weekly and quarterly store financial data to ensure store and staff are meeting their financial quotas. - Ensure that visual presentation standards are met and maintained at all times. - Responsible for in-store physical inventory and loss prevention standards. **JOB SKILLS**: - Excellent communication skills. - Human skills and ability to lead and motivate a team. - Ability to work in high pressure situations and "react on the spot". - Be able to read and understand sales data. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Motivated with a high level of confidence. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift **Experience**: - Retail management: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
