**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare personal tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Greeting clients
- Bookkeeping using excel and quickbooks
- Organizing client files for input, including grouping receipts and tax slips
- Compiling medical, donations, rental sections
- Prepare personal income tax for subsequent review
- Filing, Scanning
- Processing payments via debit and credit card
- Perform account reconciliation, including bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and account analysis.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in excel and accounting software QuickBooks
- Account reconciliation.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Work independently with little direction
- Confidentiality
- Previous bookkeeping or income tax experience an asset

**Potential Hours**

**Part-time, $25.00 per hour**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-01-15
