**Summary**

As a Team Leader at DQ Grill & Chill Fergus, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant while delivering outstanding customer service. This position is essential for fostering a positive team environment and driving sales success.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery.
- Assist in training new staff members on company policies and procedures.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment.
- Oversee inventory management and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an asset.
- Ability to train, mentor, and develop team members.

Pay: $17.50-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

**Language**:

- French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
- Valid Drivers License (preferred)
