**Key Requirements**
- 2+ years of automotive dealership experience.
- Proven, consistent sales success; management experience is a strong asset.
- Ability to self-generate business and consistently hit performance goals.
- Strong CRM usage; VinSolutions experience is a plus.
- Leadership ability: coaching, communication, accountability.
- High-integrity, driven, and resilient under pressure.

**Work Conditions**
- Sales environment with professional dress code
- Some outdoor work required in the furtherance of maintenance service
