**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate skid steer loaders efficiently.
- Perform grading, digging, and bulldozing tasks as required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow on job sites.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment,
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe work environment.
- Utilize backhoe operation skills for various excavation tasks as needed.
- Build and maintain structures or surfaces as directed by project specifications.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with skid steers.
- Familiarity with grader operation is preferred
- Valid commercial driving license (Class3) is advantageous.
- Ability to dig, bulldoze, pave, and operate backhoes effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.25-$32.15 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
