**Position Overview**:
The Community Outreach Lead is responsible for the ongoing stabilization and management of the YMCA ReConnect program, including ReConnect Alternative Dispatch and general evening outreach services. Serving the Greater Moncton Area, including Riverview and Dieppe, the Outreach Lead ensures program operations run smoothly to provide comprehensive, round-the-clock services for marginalized populations. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the effectiveness of established services while fostering collaboration with community stakeholders, including the Codiac RCMP, HIPGM, and the City of Moncton By-law teams.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provide evening operational support from 3:30PM to 12:00 AM.
- Support the ReConnect Alternative Dispatch and evening outreach teams.
- Implement and uphold YMCA Canada and Greater Moncton standards and best practices.
- Manage and monitor allocated budgets and projections.
- Provide positive, responsible leadership to staff, volunteers, partner agencies, and members.
- Collaborate effectively with partner agencies to ensure program alignment and responsiveness to community needs.
- Ensure accurate data tracking, collection, and reporting.
- Recruit, train, coach, and supervise staff and volunteers.
- Act as a positive advocate for individuals experiencing homelessness and other marginalized populations.
- Responsible for management and instilling best practices around YMCA assets including vehicles (van), computers, all equipment, and more.
- Perform additional duties as required

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- A post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in managing teams and providing leadership in a social services context.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial tracking.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
- Fluency in French and English is required to ensure effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Current and valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- A current and acceptable criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $43,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
