Prollenium is a Canadian-based manufacturer of medical devices. We focus exclusively on the research, development and manufacture facial aesthetics. Our Revanesse® brand of dermal fillers is used by healthcare professionals Globally to treat their clients.

Our operations team is growing, we are looking for a packaging equipment technician/operator to join the team and improve efficiencies.

**_Responsibilities_**
- Set up and operation of Marchesini packaging equipment with on-board robotics
- Label and assemble all Prollenium products, following strict procedures for quality, accuracy and safety
- Ensuring proper lot number and expiry date of product to satisfy customer order
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment on the Marchesini packaging line
- Provide necessary documentation and data to the Packaging Supervisor/Manager
- Inspect the quality of the packaged products prior to passing the documentation to the Quality department
- Comply with ISO 13485 standards and GMP
- Receipt and inspection of supplies for assembly of all Prollenium products and maintain inventory of components during production
- Accurately complete the Manufacturing Batch Production SOPs as per GMP procedures
- Perform other duties as required

**_Required Skills/Qualifications_**
- Proven knowledge of, and experience with, Marchesini packaging equipment in the medical devices and/or pharmaceutical production environments with medium-high output is required
- Proven knowledge of, and experience with packaging automation and robotics
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to read, comprehend, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- Ability to work and communicate with others professionally and effectively, in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of, and experience with GMP and ISO
- Physically able and willing to repeatedly lift up to 30 lbs

**_Required Experience_**
- 2+ years of experience with Marchesini packaging equipment in the medical devices and/or pharmaceutical production environments with medium-high output
- 2+ years medium -high speed equipment automation and robotics setup and maintenance
- 2+ years experience in the medical devices and/or pharmaceutical production environment

**_Education_**
- Technical Diploma-Electrical or Electronic Engineering

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
