We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Enterprise Applications Advisor to join our team. As an Enterprise Applications Advisor, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our e-Commerce business operations, with a focus on Channel, Marketing and Pricing processes. You must have strong implementation experience in Oracle Commerce Cloud, Oracle CPQ, and Oracle Subscription management. Your expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency in tools like JIRA and Miro will be an added advantage.
**Responsibilities**:
- Design mockups and prototypes using industry-standard tools such as Figma to visualize and communicate proposed solutions effectively.
- Strong flow-charting skills (Visio, Miro) to create comprehensive process diagrams, enabling stakeholders to gain a clear understanding of workflows and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct and record demos and trainings for diverse audiences, ensuring smooth adoption and understanding of new systems or processes
- Manages mission critical process flows and solutions for business problems
- Manages complex system upgrades including planning and scheduling, coordination and deploying
- Leads cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues
**Qualifications**: Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree with 8 + years of experience
