Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices ResponsibilitiesAssist in the delivery of enterprise risk services engagements such as internal audits, risk and control assessment, SOX404 audit / advisory, IT audits, SOC audits, pre/post implementation reviews, IT risk management and governance to our broad base of clientsAttend walkthroughs and communicate with client to understand their business, processes, systems and controlsConduct data analytics using audit tools/softwareProvide industry and technical expertise through client interactions, research and analysis, reports, technical work, management presentations, proposals and other high-quality deliverablesPrepare correspondence, technical reports, client summaries and presentations outlining engagement findings, facts, impacts and recommendationsCollaborate with client engagement teams and client contacts to build relationshipsIdentify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met and that relationships grow and developParticipate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposalsMaintain flexibility to travel and work in person at our office, as necessary Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, computer science, or other related fieldCompletion of, or working towards, CPA, CIA or CISA or other related designations or certificationsCybersecurity, data analytics, risk management or performance improvement experience is considered an assetKnowledge of industry standards, best practices and risk management frameworks is considered an assetAudit and/or IT Audit experience is considered an assetCustomer service and/or client service experience is considered an asset MyRewards@MNPWith a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
