We are a property management team seeking a motivated and reliable Leasing Agent to join our team. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property showings and guide potential tenants through the leasing process.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage leasing-related documents and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the property is always presentable for showings.
- Maintain knowledge of rental rates and the local real estate market.
- Assist the property manager with daily administrative tasks as needed.
- Post and distribute notices to tenants in a timely and professional manner.
- Support lease enforcement and handle tenant concerns with professionalism.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous leasing experience is a plus, but not required.
- At least **2 years of sales experience** is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of leasing laws and regulations is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (preferably).
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
