**Receptionist/Coordinator - ARKEN Group (Downtown Edmonton)**

Are you passionate about beauty, organization, and delivering exceptional client experiences? ARKEN Group—the team behind Kumi Nails, Ivory Noir Salon, and BeMi Beauty Box—is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Receptionist/Coordinator to join our growing family of beauty brands in downtown Edmonton

**About Us**:
ARKEN Group operates three premier beauty destinations:

- **Ivory Noir Salon**: A boutique hair salon known for expert colour, cuts, and a modern, welcoming atmosphere.
- **Kumi Nails**: A go-to spot for beautiful, professional nail services.
- **BeMi Beauty Box**: Our brand specializing in curating and distributing professional nail polishes and supplies to beauty professionals and enthusiasts.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet every client with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless and inviting experience at all ARKEN Group locations.
- Coordinate daily schedules for stylists and technicians, optimizing efficiency and flow.
- Handle client inquiries, confirmations, and follow-ups with grace and accuracy.
- Support retail sales and inventory tracking.
- Assist with social media content and promotions as needed.
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming environment across all locations.
- Help with various administrative and organizational tasks.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (salon/spa environment is a bonus).
- Experience with **Insight Salon Software** and/or **QuickBooks** is a strong asset.
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills.
- Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with booking and POS systems (Square experience is an asset).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused setting.
- Available to work our core hours: Tuesday-Saturday, with some evenings required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.79-$20.64 per hour

Expected hours: 38.5 - 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB T5J 3P3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
