As a Human Resources Partner, you will play a key role with your customers, you will touch on a multitude of aspects of HR, whether it be recruitment, the advisory role as a generalist, integration of new employees, training, and more. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Counsel and support managers on all questions concerning human resources;
- Participate in the process of recruitment and internal mobility of unionized and non-unionized positions;
- Support managers for absenteeism, discipline, performance, etc. and collaborate with the senior labor relations advisor, depending on the seriousness of the files;
- Deploy and participate actively in the process of performance management and the development of individual development plans for the client groups served;
- Collaborate in the continuous improvement of Human Resources processes and the deployment of human resources projects.

**To join our team, you must have**:

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management of related field;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as advisory role in human resources;
- Strong experience in recruiting in a unionized environment;
- Bilingualism (French and English);
- CRHA title is an asset.
