JQuantum Sport Therapy is a leading provider of personalized sports therapy and training programs in the Halifax Regional Municipality. **Position Overview**:
We are seeking dynamic and dedicated part-time Personal Trainers to join our team. As a Personal Trainer at Quantum, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their fitness and performance goals through sport-specific training and enhanced personal training programs. You will work closely with our team of clinicians to develop individualized programming that aligns with our clinic protocols and maximizes client outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement sport-specific training programs tailored to the needs and goals of individual clients.
- Collaborate with Quantum therapists to integrate therapy and training protocols for enhanced client outcomes.
- Conduct personal training sessions, small group sessions, and bootcamp programs.
- Lead community workshops and trainings to educate and empower our local community on topics related to sport, movement, and wellness.

**Requirements**:

- Certified Personal Trainer with CSCS certification preferred.
- Strong background in sports science, exercise physiology, or related field.
- Experience working with athletes of all levels and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for promoting health and wellness within the community.
