Occupational Health Technician

Saskatoon, Canada DLS Safety Services Full time

The Occupational Health Technician will primarily be responsible for performing Spirometry (lung function testing) as well as Audiometric and Quantitative Respirator Fit Testing (mask fit testing) as needed.
- Job Functions: _
- Provide excellent customer service
- Onsite testing with travel throughout Saskatchewan
- Accurate paperwork completion
- Maintain confidential employee health records
- Work collaboratively with DLS Safety staff, occupational health nurses and physicians
- Be willing to occasionally work outside the hours of 8am to 5pm as well as overnight travel.
- Hours/travel required will vary week to week
- Education/Experience: _
- Must have experience in a customer service role
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word & Excel
- Preference will be given to applicants who have received certified Spirometry and Audiometric Technician training and/or a CSA Z94.4 Respirator Fit Testing course or be available to complete the provided training
- Experience in an occupational health setting considered an asset
- Must have strong work ethic, punctuality and overall positive professional demeanor

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
