AccessSMT is seeking a Production worker for our Nanaimo wood shop. This position is permanent full time, Monday to Friday day shift.

**Essential Responsibilities include**:

- General wood shop duties such as finishing, painting, moving/loading inventory
- Working with hand tools associated with wood working or carpentry
- Forklift operation (Forklift Certification is required)

**Preferred Skills**:

- General wood shop production or carpentry experience
- Experience working with hand tools such as saws, drills, sanders
- Safety awareness
- Forklift experience is an asset
- 2nd Level First Aid certification is an asset

**Working Conditions**:

- Warehouse and production setting
- Some lifting/carrying products from the Warehouse

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Wood shop: 1 year (required)
