Summer Office Administration Assistant

This is a temporary position with Canada Summer Jobs. This position is Monday - Friday 9-3pm and is set to start as soon as possible. *APPLICANTS MUST BE CURRENTLY IN SCHOOL TO BE ELIGIBLE*

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Data entry
- Organize and file as required; Administrative tasks as needed
- Scanning and filing digitally
- Organization of the work environment
- Completing tasks in a professional, ethical and courteous manner

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Microsoft office experience an asset (Excel and Word)
- Work experience in an office setting an asset but training will be provided
- Ability to multitask and maintain organization
- Ability to work well with others and follow direction with limited supervision
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 weeks

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
