**Overview**
TransferEASE Relocation Inc. represents clients worldwide. We are looking for an accounting clerk who is a leader and is organized, can prioritize daily tasks and thrives in a very busy environment with tight deadlines. You will work within the accounting team to support the day-to-day invoices, expense reimbursement, time-sensitive payments and other accounting functions.

**You must possess the following Qualifications**
- Must be collaborative, team oriented and able to demonstrate initiative.
- Familiar with working within budgets and processing expenses
- Knowledge of CRA rulings as it pertains to taxable expenses
- Be familiar with all accounting procedures to ensure daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively
- Problem solving; Critical thinking, detail oriented
- Able to deal effectively with suppliers and inquires by clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adjust quickly to change and willingness to take on new assignmen

**The person we are seeking will have the following Skills**:

- Accurately enter data and keyboarding for A/R and A/P functions
- Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software for reporting and analysis
- Able to process and prioritize a large volume of transactions daily
- Review, verify and audit monthly invoices before submitting to clients
- Possess strong time management and organizational skills to complete tasks in tight timelines
- Able to multitask and prioritize workload to reach maximum performance and accuracy
- Ensuring customer processes and procedures are followed
- Requires strong computer knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook, or other accounting systems
- Knowledge of expense reimbursement and year end accruals

University/College graduate from Business Program, Accounting or similar program are welcome to apply. Real Estate, relocation or legal experience preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $44,000.00-$49,000.00 per year
