**Parts and Service Person**
Peterbilt of Kapuskasing
Peterbilt of Kapuskasing is currently seeking a Parts and Service Person to join our team. The Parts and Service Advisor communicates directly with customers, managing their needs and expectations regarding commercial service maintenance and repairs. This role is the link between the technician and the customer.
- Duties and Responsibilities_
- Maintaining a customer-focused environment.
- Monitoring technical work performed on vehicle to ensure the effectiveness of the repairs.
- Manages warranty administration.
- Ensure accurate costing and crediting for all received and returned parts.
- Any other related tasks and duties.
- Education and Qualifications_
- 1 - 3 years experience in a similar role
- High school diploma required
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Effective administrative & management capabilities
- Mechanical knowledge
- Bilingualism is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
