OVERVIEW

The incumbent acts as the resource person with its clientele (managers/employees). He/she applies, administers and participates in the development of critical human resources business processes of the organization.

YOU’RE RESPONSABILITIES

Act as a coach by counselling and accompanying managers on all HR aspects;
Act as resource person in regard to employee questions, requests for human resources policies and employment conditions;
Create, use and improve HR performance indicators and generate reports as needed;
Participate to of recruitment process from hiring to the exit interview;
Act as an a agent in all changes on all organization development projects;
Collaborate to the management of the global compensation plan and benefits (payroll, sick leave, accident);
Handle labour relations cases;
Collaborate in health and safety activities, act as the department representative on the committee when needed and communicate information;
Participate in the implementation of the continuous training, contribution evaluation;
Participate in the coordination of employee engagement;
Collaborate with colleagues and other departments on projects or files;
Do any other related task;
WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE

An undergraduate degree in human resources, industrial relations, administration, or equivalent experience;
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position;
Strong knowledge of MS Office;
Good knowledge of labor laws of Quebec as well as in other provinces;
Training on H&S, member of the CHRA / CRIA order (asset);
Excellent communication skills in both official languages (oral and written);
Health and Safety Training (asset)
Available for occasional travel
