**The Position**:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager will be a natural leader and help to deliver positive shareable experiences. They are fun, energetic and know how to throw a party

They will be responsible for creating positive shareable experiences for guests at Dublin Calling Vancouver, Par-Tee Putt and other MRG-owned businesses, as well as drive business through community outreach.

- Availability to work on the weekends and holidays, including late nights and into the wee - hours of the morning?

**The Role**:

- Provide top-notch service, safety, and cleanliness of the venue resulting in operational excellence.
- Oversee and strategize ways to improve financial performance while ensuring brand standards are being met.
- Create positive relationships with the team while exhibiting empathy and respect for people at all levels.
- Effectively address guest concerns in a fair and honest way.
- Develop and maintain a positive work culture for all employees.
- Take ownership of the training and development of staff.
- Collaborate with the sales team and follow through with service expectations for special events (food service, staffing levels, room set-up).
- Bring life to the party and encourage the team to do the same

Due to the nature of the work, after hours correspondence may be required
