Machine Technician to join our team and help keep our customers’ equipment running at

its best.

**About the Role**

As an Espresso Machine Technician, you’ll install, maintain, and repair a wide range of

commercial and residential espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and related coffee

equipment both on site and in our shop. You’ll support cafés, roasters, and home

enthusiasts—ensuring every cup starts with perfectly tuned equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and repair espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and water filtration

systems
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs and calibration.
- Install equipment at customer locations
- Maintain accurate service records and manage parts inventory
- Provide technical support and hands-on training to customers as needed
- Assist with service and parts-related phone calls

**Basic Requirements & Qualifications**
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
- Ability to work in busy environments with limited space.
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

**Bonus Points For**
- Previous experience servicing espresso or commercial coffee equipment
- Experience in the specialty coffee industry
- Basic plumbing or electronics knowledge
- Barista or café operations background
