The role of the **Shift Lead **is to provide healthy, fresh, quality food and service You will ensure all of Forest Hill (FH) Farmhouse standards are being upheld, delivering the highest guest satisfaction through attention to detail and quality products, cleanliness and passion for a great guest experience and **have fun**
