Condominium Property Manager

Real Estate 360 Property Advisory Limited is one of Atlantic Canada’s largest and most diversified real estate companies providing a range of services including commercial and residential property management, sales and leasing, development and property management. They are currently looking for a seasoned condominium property manager to manage a portfolio of properties.
In this role, you will maintain excellent relationships with the condo boards and owners through various communication channels. You will assist with establishing programs for operations, maintenance, and capital improvements of buildings and equipment within your portfolio and, once approved, carry out these capital plans. Financially, you will ensure that expenses are well-controlled within budget and that all financial statements and budgets are prepared in a timely manner for review with owners or boards.
You will attend all condo board meetings and work closely with their members in the development of goals, objective and policies. Lastly, you will make certain that all documentation, such as leases, plans, financial data, and other administrative files, are properly maintained and up to date.
Personally, you are a diplomatic communicator with well-developed skills in client service, conflict resolution, and dealing with people. You exhibit a high level of professionalism and have the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with co-workers, clients and external partners. Your organization, time management and project management skills are such that you meet deadlines with ease and accuracy.

Pay: $50,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
