What We Need
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist
- Bilingual-English/French (Fleet Partnership Services (FPS) Partner) to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Customer Success Specialist (Fleet Partnership Services (FPS) Partner) you will build and maintain relationships with our customers and provide ongoing day to day account support, recommending cost saving solutions and managing processes to optimize the productivity of their fleet. You will also contribute to the client’s ability to achieve their company goals, as well as to Element Fleet’s attainment of account retention and growth objectives.
A Day in the Life- Work with customers and internal cross-functional teams to develop the account strategy that best suites the customers’ needs and goals.- Executes day-to-day requests and activities, complex or routine, in accordance with client’s policies, procedures and priorities.- Uses discretion and independent judgment advising clients and works with client to recognize need and recommend solutions.- Takes ownership of client issues and applies critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Customer data analysis and/or reporting**Requirements**:
- High School diploma or equivalent required- BS or BA in business or related field highly preferred; equivalent experience may be considered- 2-5 years customer service or client account management experience is highly desirable, preferably in a B2B service environmentAperçu du poste

En tant que partenaire bilingue aux solutions de partenariat de parc de véhicules, vous nouerez et entretiendrez des relations solides avec nos clients en leur offrant un soutien au quotidien, en leur proposant des solutions économiques et en optimisant la productivité de leur parc de véhicules. Vous épaulerez également nos clients dans l’atteinte de leurs objectifs d’entreprise, en plus d’aider Element à atteindre ses cibles en matière de rétention de clientèle et de croissance.
Aperçu des tâches- Collaborer avec les clients et les équipes interfonctionnelles d’Element pour élaborer la stratégie de compte qui répond le mieux aux besoins et aux objectifs des clients;- Exécuter diverses demandes et activités courantes, qui peuvent être récurrentes ou complexes, dans le respect des politiques, procédures et priorités des clients;- Conseiller les clients en faisant preuve de jugement et de discrétion et travailler de concert avec eux pour cerner leurs besoins et leur proposer des solutions;- Prendre les devants pour solutionner les problèmes soulevés par les clients, notamment en faisant preuve d’esprit critique et en mettant à profit des aptitudes de résolution de problèmes;- Analyser les données clients et/ou produire des rapports;- Faire appel à différents experts pour répondre rapidement et efficacement aux demandes.
Exigences- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou formation équivalente (obligatoire);- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe (un atout de taille) - nous pouvons aussi tenir compte d’une expérience jugée équivalente;-
- De 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle ou en gestion de compte client, de préférence en contexte de commerce interentreprises (un atout de taille);- Bilinguisme français-anglais (essentiel);- Maîtrise de différents logiciels MS Office, dont Word, Excel et PowerPoint;- Disposition à effectuer des voyages d’affaires à l’occasion (tout au plus 10 % du temps).
